Campus Leadership Coaching & Mentoring

Campus Administrators are expected to be instructional leaders, campus facilitators, building managers, campus budget designers and so much more. Stachlen’s Campus Leadership Empowerment program offers personalized support for campus administrators through onsite mentoring visits and weekly coaching calls. The focus of this program is to empower and equip campus administrators with the skills needed to transform their campus.

During this program, experts at Stachlen work closely with the campus administrator reviewing campus practices and using data to support all findings. We will mentor and/or coach administrators through the process of evaluating researched based practices that meet the needs of their campus and the development of personal skills needed to make tough decisions in a professional way.

Stachlen offers support for beginning teachers and teachers in need of assistance. We provide instructional coaching and lesson modeling. We also provide one on one and group coaching.

Professional Learning Communities

Establishing a meaningful and productive professional learning community is more than looking at data or book studies. Stachlen LLC will help plan each step of the process to creating a successful Learning community and planning room. Stachlen LLC will mentor and coach your planning room facilitator through the process of creating and maintaining a functional room that meets the needs of your campus. Every campus is different. We at Stachlen meet with the appropriate leaders and review your data to help create a place where staff can plan student success together. We discuss your needs and help you establish the focus and goals of the campus learning communities.
